We ask for your name, telephone number and email address. This helps us to process your booking, to contact you if we have any problems with your request and reservation, and to send you an electronic confirmation of the booking.

Our correspondence with you is confidential. We observe your privacy absolutely and without conditions. We never give your email address or contact information to anyone without your express permission.

Apart from correspondence between you and us regarding your travel enquiries, we send no more than 12 messages to you by email in any one year, and we give you the option to unsubscribe from further email messages. We never send you third party promotional material.

For reservations we make on your behalf, in the case of a car rental reservation we pass on the special requests you make and your name. In the case of car rentals, we inform the personnel meeting you with a car of a mobile phone number, if you offer it to us, so that they can find you to deliver the car to you.

Where credit card information may be provided to us, we never pass on your credit card information to anyone without your express permission.
